It must have ground. KuLi is the only member of UMNO who dare to challenge the Presidency seat though he knows that it is not easy for him to get through, and he still trying it until now.
KuLi must have reliable sources before announcing something that might jeopardize his credibility should the news turn to be untrue. He knows what he is saying and definately there must be some ground on his claim.
